Sales Director

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Sales Director to lead and scale our go-to-market motion for larger customers—enterprise groups, health systems, and multi-location practices. You’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution: building pipeline, refining messaging, and closing meaningful, multi-stakeholder deals.

As one of the senior members of our revenue team, you’ll help shape pricing, packaging, and partnerships while mentoring AEs and SDRs. You’ll work closely with product and leadership to align roadmaps with market signal and to bring a category-defining AI solution to healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Own the enterprise pipeline: territory planning, ICP definition, outbound strategy, and forecasting
• Lead complex sales cycles with executives, clinical leaders, IT, and procurement
• Deliver tailored demos and value cases across specialties; drive consensus among multiple stakeholders
• Build and iterate playbooks, talk tracks, and objection handling for enterprise deals
• Recruit, coach, and develop a small team of AEs/SDRs; establish weekly operating cadence
• Partner with marketing on ABM campaigns and event strategy; report on funnel health and ROI
• Collaborate with product to surface customer insights that inform roadmap and integrations (EHRs, security, compliance)

Who You Are

• A persuasive communicator and active listener who can engage both executives and clinicians
• Experienced selling into mid-market/enterprise healthcare or sophisticated B2B SaaS (multi‑stakeholder deals)
• Operator mindset: you think in systems, build repeatable process, and improve them every week
• Leader-coach who raises the bar with clear goals, honest feedback, and high standards
• 3+ years of quota‑carrying experience; 5–8+ years total in B2B sales with a track record of exceeding targets

Nice to Have

• Experience selling to medical groups, MSOs, or health systems
• Familiarity with EHR ecosystems (Athena, eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, etc.) and security reviews
• Background in AI/automation or healthtech
