Senior Sales Account Executive
Help bring Matic to smaller practices through inbound lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, and consultative selling. Own the full sales cycle and work with tech-forward clinicians.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and sharp Sales Account Executive to help us bring Scribematic to smaller practices (10 providers or fewer). This role is a blend of inbound lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, and consultative selling with a focus on tech-forward clinicians who want to work smarter, not longer.
You'll be one of the first hires in a fast-growing sales organization, with the opportunity to help shape how we reach and serve the next wave of independent healthcare providers. You'll work closely with sales, marketing and leadership to refine messaging, optimize workflows, and bring a best-in-class AI solution to the practices that need it most.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close with practices of 5–50+ providers
- Handle inbound leads with speed, clarity, and consultative depth
- Run targeted outbound efforts to high-potential prospects using a modern tech stack
- Deliver live demos of our AI documentation platform and tailor the pitch to specialty use cases
- Track activity in HubSpot, follow up consistently, and surface product feedback
- Help refine sales collateral, talk tracks, and objection handling as we grow
- Collaborate with customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term retention
Who You Are
- You're a great communicator — not just in selling, but in listening
- You're comfortable talking to physicians and administrators, and you know how to keep things clear, respectful, and relevant
- You're curious about how AI is reshaping healthcare, and you know how to turn "what it does" into "why it matters"
- You're organized, self-motivated, and don't wait around for someone else to tell you what to do
- You've got 2-3 years experience selling into SMBs, ideally in a SaaS or healthtech environment
- You're adaptable, coachable, and energized by joining a team that's building the plane while flying it
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to medical practices, especially in ambulatory or specialty settings
- Familiarity with EHR systems like Athena, eClinicalWorks, or DrChrono
- Exposure to AI tools, healthcare automation, or medtech startups
